We offer a semi-hard goat’s cheese. Today goat’s cheese is particularly popular for people with cow’s milk allergy. The fatty acid molecules in goat’s milk are smaller than in cow’s milk, which makes goat’s cheese easier to digest. The colour of the cheese is more white than cheese made of cow’s milk. During the digestion of the feed, goat’s convert all carotene of the feed into vitamin A, that’s the reason why the colour of the milk is different.
